Status definitions

Every status shown on the register, the validator and the seal is a decision recorded by Porto iGaming. This is what each one means.

Valid: The certificate is in force: its fee is paid for the current period and no suspension or withdrawal applies. The holder may display the seal on the domains listed on the certificate.
Attention — renewal overdue: The paid period has ended and the renewal fee has not arrived yet. During a short grace period the certificate stays on the register with this warning; without payment it is then suspended.
Attention — suspended: The certificate is suspended for unpaid fees or by a compliance decision. The holder must not rely on it until it is reinstated.
Not valid — withdrawn: The certificate has been withdrawn permanently. The entry stays on the register so that the withdrawal can be checked.
Not valid — domain not covered: The certificate exists, but the website it is shown on is not one of its DNS-verified domains. Treat the site as uncertified.
Not found: No Porto iGaming certificate matches the number, company or domain. A site that claims our certificate anyway is making a false claim.
