What it does
It reads what any visitor can read: DNS records, the TLS certificate, the home page and policy pages. It never signs in, submits forms or plays games.
How to recognise it
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; PortoiGamingBot/1.0; +https://portoigaming.com/bot).
Certificate holders
Do not block the scanner: a site that cannot be read fails its compliance scan and goes to review.
