Certification
Certification process
From the online form to the certificate. Most complete files are decided within 15 business days after all documents are in.
1. Online application
Choose the certificate type and the billing period, then give the company, its beneficial owners, the domains and the business model. You accept the certification services agreement.
2. Certificate holder panel
Your panel opens and the sign-in details go to the applicant's e-mail address. Where the certificate type has an application fee, the panel opens once that payment is confirmed on chain.
3. Documents
Upload the corporate documents, a set of personal documents for every beneficial owner and director, and your policies. Files are encrypted at rest and seen only by our compliance team.
4. Domain records
For every domain create the DNS TXT record shown in the panel. The record proves you control the domain; it is checked again on every scan.
5. Compliance audit
A compliance officer checks the documents, runs the automatic compliance scan of your site and may ask for more information. You answer in the panel.
6. Decision and certification fee
On approval the certification fee for the first month or year is invoiced (USDT, TRC20 network). The certificate is issued the moment it is paid: it enters the register, and the certificate document and validation seal appear in your panel.

Documents not in English need a certified translation. Copies of passports must be certified or accompanied by a live video identification, at our choice.
